COVID-19 STATEMENT

As a result of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we have made a few changes to the way we operate.

  • Our housekeeping team have many years of experience and wear full PPE for their safety and yours during changeovers. The utmost care is taken to prepare your accommodation and extra attention is given to all surfaces, door handles, remote controls, telephones, the key safe and keys.

  • We have taken the decision to remove all decorative bed throws and cushions from the bedrooms.

  • We have reduced the number of scatter cushions and throws in the lounge and replace these on each changeover. 

  • The sofas now have throws on them which are replaced at each changeover.

  • All furniture worktop surfaces have glass tops to aid effective sanitising.

  • A small selection of cleaning products have been supplied in the cupboard under the kitchen sink for guest use.

In order to safeguard our housekeeping team, we have implemented the following at the end of your stay:

  • Please place all linen from all beds (excluding mattress and pillow protectors), towels, bathmats, tea towels and oven gloves in the linen bags provided before you leave.

  • Please ensure all bins in the kitchen, lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms are emptied and placed in the designated area in the car park.

Government imposed travel restrictions

Should the Government impose a local lockdown or travel restrictions which make honouring your holiday dates impossible, you can amend your original booking dates once, free of charge.  Should there be a difference in price between your new and original dates, then we will either refund you (for lower prices) or ask you to pay the difference (for higher prices).

Cancelling your booking

If you wish to cancel your booking, our standard cancellation policy will apply which can be found in our terms and conditions of booking.  The only exception to this, is if someone in your party contracts coronavirus and you can prove that your booking dates coincide with their 10-day quarantine period. In this situation, we will provide a change of date subject to availability, where you agree to pay the difference in price should there be one.
